Zonin Prosecco NV

Prosecco is a true "everyday" sparkling wine, reasonably tasty, light and easy on the palate and not too heavy on the palate either. Most of the time, in my opinion, there is little difference in quality between prosecco types, and little difference in price for the sake of taste. Zonin prosecco is still one of those Prosecco that stands out a little and I have been looking forward to getting it in the States so that I can discuss it.

Zonin Prosecco Brut Cuvee 1821 NV is an acidic wine with lime, citrus and green apple flavors and aromas. It foams really well in the glass and lasts a fairly long time in the mouth, the aftertaste is unusually long compared to prosecco and very acidic. Light and tasty wine with a good and long aftertaste. The design of the bottle is very cool and indicates that this is a quality wine. An ideal wine for a party as an aperitif.
