Only products in unopened packaging are accepted at okkarvin.is. Unless the product is defective, the product will be refunded in full within 2 months of the consumer becoming aware of the defect. Smakkarinn ehf reserves the right to verify that the product is defective.

7. Defence Assembly

If a dispute arises regarding these terms and conditions, a case may be brought before the Reykjavík District Court in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 91/1991.
